Accessibility

This page explains the website’s accessibility features and how to report a problem.

Accessibility on this site

BrimFrame aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible. It is designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles in mind, but has not received formal certification or a comprehensive independent audit.

Using the site

  • Pages use headings and landmarks to help you find the content. Press Tab once to show “Skip to main content”, then Enter to move past the navigation.
  • Use Tab to move between controls and Enter to follow links. Escape closes the mobile menu.
  • Focused links and buttons have a visible outline. Text and controls use contrasting colours, with space around touch targets.
  • Text can be enlarged and the layout reflows on narrow screens. You can also increase line, letter and word spacing through your browser or reading tools.
  • System high-contrast colours are supported. The current page remains marked in the navigation, and controls keep visible borders.
  • Informative images have text alternatives. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
  • The site respects your reduced-motion preference and uses no autoplaying audio or video.
  • The main content and navigation remain available with JavaScript disabled.
